The Khulafa Ar-Rashidun

The term "Khulafa Ar-Rashidun" means "the Rightly Guided Caliphs." These four companions of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) led the Muslim community during its most formative period (632-661 CE). They were chosen for their close relationship with the Prophet, their deep understanding of Islam, and their exemplary character. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Follow those who come after me: Abu Bakr and Umar." Example: Ali was known as the "Gate of Knowledge"; Uthman standardized the Quran.

Prophet's Praise

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) spoke highly of these companions during his lifetime:

"Follow those who come after me: Abu Bakr and Umar, and be guided by the guidance of Ammar, and trust the words of Ibn Masud."
"My Ummah will remain in good condition for thirty years, then Allah will give the kingdom to whomever He wills."

This thirty-year period corresponds exactly to the era of the four Rightly Guided Caliphs, confirming their blessed leadership.
