Yes, you can brush your teeth while fasting, but be careful not to swallow any toothpaste or water. Many scholars recommend using a miswak (tooth stick) as it was the practice of the Prophet (PBUH).
If you eat or drink by mistake, your fast is still valid. Simply stop as soon as you remember and continue fasting. This is considered a blessing from Allah.
